| THE TOWN THAT IS DYING |
We got majorly lost driving to Civita last night, but it was totally worth it.
Civita only has 6 residents year round, no cars, and could possibly be the most charming place you ever visit. It is literally dying, so check it out before it’s gone.

This is the house where I once lived. I used to turn the corner after a long weekend of traveling, see those bright lights out front, and experience that wonderful feeling of being home.
Living here was one of the most formative chapters of my life because I learned how to be independent, it was the first time I experienced Europe, and it would set the tone for a lifetime of travel and photojournalistic exploration.
Florence still feels like home and I feel nostalgic being back here.

This upcoming November and December I’m excited to head back to Argentina and Antarctica.
Here’s a street photo I snapped in La Boca, Buenos Aires, Argentina earlier this year.

Into the Wild
I’m on a mission to get a dome housing for my camera, to experiment more with separating the water from the air.

Getting geared up to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with @andrewmklein.
I’m hoping these lightweight hiking shoes will carry me nearly 20,000 ft to the summit.
Do any of you have any tips to share for climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro?
We leave in just over a month so let the countdown begin…
