slow motion

A short and fun 25 second slow motion GoPro test clip from PMT Dance Studio’s Urban Renewal All Styles Battle featuring:

Push
Lil B
Firelock
Ida

As expected, the GoPro really doesn’t perform that well in low lit conditions, especially at high frame rates; all of the sequences in this clip were filmed on the GoPro HERO3+ Black Edition at 120 fps. However, I was able to get some shots at angles that I normally wouldn’t be able to get with a traditional camera. I’m doing a series of tests before embarking on a major GoPro multi camera project. Stay tuned for more to come… Enjoy!

Check out the Oakley Disruptive by Design campaign video that I helped film at Red Studios in Hollywood, CA, produced by Evan Burgher and The Wonderland Group. We had a solid crew and had such a blast shooting this. Huge thanks to Evan and The Wonderland Group for flying me out to California to be a part of this fun project!

Filmed on RED Epic digital cinema cameras by Jes Stockhausen, Dave Brumbley, Eric Ulbrich, and Reuben Hernandez

Self Portrait Project

A fun little 38 second slow motion video I made of my friends owning the streets and beaches of Miami. Filmed entirely on the GoPro HERO3+ Black Edition in 60 - 120 fps. Keep it fun!

Shot primarily with the Phantom HD Gold at 1000fps, the piece is designed to showcase food in a beautiful and unusual way.
The idea was brought to us by our friends at marlinnetwork.com, for their annual breakfast event.
