As a Plant Nears Completion, Croton Water Flows Again to New York City

I had a NY Times assignment to film the $3.2 billion Croton Water Filtration Plant, inside an excavated area underground big enough to hold Yankee Stadium. It can treat as much as 290 million gallons of water a day and could double as a science-fiction movie set. Check out the full article here:
